Before you can raise a new request you will be asked to Sign In
To raise a new request you can select the Submit a request link either in the top corner or via the button the Help Centre home page.
The first question you will be asked is to Please choose your issue below

After selecting your issue type you will be presented with a list of questions, as you answer these the form may add more questions to ensure the support teams have all the required information required to resolve your issue.
Some questions are optional, these will always show the text (optional) in the title. Any questions without this tag must be answered before you are able to submit your request.
You will also be able to upload any files or images that will help with the issue.
Finally press submit to send your ticket to our support team.
You will then be taken to your request to add any further comments required and will receive an email confirmation.
