There are two ways you can add additional comments to a request:
The first is via email. When you request has been received you will have been sent an automated email confirming receipt of your request along with a ticket number, you will also receive an email response whenever our team have updated your ticket with information or questions. You will be able to reply directly to any of these emails and your response will be automatically added to the request.
IT Help Centre
You can also log back into the IT Help Centre and select Requests from the menu under your name in the top right, this will open up all of your current and previous request, select the one you need and you will be able to add comments from here.
